Recognised for our impact across Bristol, we have redefined the calibre of educational support within our schools, inspiring young local talent to enter the sector for the first time – whilst pioneering specialist interventions for our most “at risk” students.
Representing the diversity of our city, an incredible 30% of our Community come from an ethnic minority, allowing children to feel seen and heard. Made up of Bristol’s most relatable boxers, footballers, musicians, sports coaches and artists, our Community give disadvantaged children access to young role models, inspiring them to believe a positive future is possible.

Directly tackling the issues of poor attendance, high exclusion rates and serious youth violence in our city, the trust and rapport built, with role models from similar backgrounds, has opened the door to significant improvements in children accessing their education and learning.
This is just the start of our journey, as we continue to trailblaze a raised standard for our most at risk students. We cant wait to see the continued success of our Mentoring movement, as we inspire a generation of young people to reach their potential.
