It is hard to overstate the impact that the Lexia Mentors have had in our setting and the difference they have made to the lives of those young people.

We work in collaboration with schools, local authorities and parents/carers across South West England, providing bespoke tuition and mentoring services to our most vulnerable young people.

Just wanted to feedback, on what a delight it has been having a Lexia mentor this week. Observational, actively listening, proactive & using such initiative – this is unique. He has been one step ahead of me and I appreciate this so much. He is so invested in supporting our young person in need – Thank you.
Lexia Education Services have been supplying long-term staff to Briarwood School for some time. It was quickly evident that having Team Teach trained supply staff was having a positive impact within our classrooms. Lexia Education Services’ supply staff demonstrate the same calm, proactive and resilient attitudes as our own staff and on many occasions, they have become permanent Briarwood colleagues. We highly recommend that you reach out to Lexia and jump on board their journey in supporting disadvantaged, vulnerable, special needs children and young adults.
Lexia Education Services have consistently provided our two SEND schools with hardworking and enthusiastic support staff that can relate to our young people and fit into our staff teams. Several staff members from Lexia have gone on to get full-time positions across our Multi-Academy Trust.
Lexia provide high-quality tutors in an efficient and timely manner. They are always available to discuss individual cases to find the correct tutor for each student.
Lexia have been steadfastly at hand to support us with staffing requirements. Response to contact is always very quick and the staff they have provided are always well-suited to our particular needs. They attract a well-experienced work force who are always very professional. The check in with us on performance so they can continue to better understand our staffing needs. Can’t rate them highly enough.
We are a SEMH special school and require staff with specific skills and mindsets in order for our pupils to thrive. Lexia care about ‘getting it right’ and has taken time to understand the ethos and needs at Aspire in order to match staff closely to our requirements. The quality of the staff they have sent us has been of a high standard they have proved to be as effective and committed as if they were employed direct. The friendliness and professionalism of all Lexia staff are clear within all communications. We will continue to use Lexia and would recommend them highly to other schools.
Over the last few years, Alternative Learning Provisions have found recruiting staff a particular challenge. As a Centre Manager of an ALP, it is essential to be able to place the correct staff member with these very vulnerable students. With the support of Lexia Education Services, we have welcomed several new staff members into our school and supported students with 1:1 support. Lexia has ensured that the staff that we have been supplied are well trained and ready to work within a very challenging environment. I highly recommend Lexia and their specialist recruitment service.
We currently have multiple members of staff on permanent contracts following Lexia Education recruitment. These members of staff have become integral to the day-to-day runnings of the department and the pupils are thriving with their support. Staff are confident, good communicators and are passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for pupils. The staff we have employed are hard-working and are willing to learn and we consider ourselves very fortunate that Lexia recruited these staff and recomended them to us.
Being a Principal of a multi-site specialist setting and the first “Trauma Informed” school in Bristol, it is really important we can rely on providers – of good quality, highly trained and reliable staff. Lexia have helped my school support children, with high and complex needs and have been able to provide staff that are relatable and understand the trauma many of our children have faced. The Lexia staff I have employed have been experienced and able to build relationships quickly, so that our children can make the progress they are capable of. I highly recommend Lexia.
Lime Hills Academy is a brand new SEMH school – which was successfully started because of the quality of staff recruited through Lexia. I highly recommend Lexia.
