Competitive Pay for Mentors

We value the dedication and expertise of our mentors by offering competitive pay. Your commitment to inspiring and supporting young people is rewarded with a compensation package that reflects your valuable contributions.

Pay Range

Long-term assignments pay £106.50 – £130 per day. Permanent roles up to £32,000 per annum.

Travel Expenses

We reimburse your travel expenses. We pay £0.45 per mile.
