Responsibilities:
- Provide Pastoral Support: Build meaningful connections with students, guiding them academically and socially through trust, empathy, and encouragement.
- Engage Students through Interactive Activities: Use your passion, such as sports, arts, and creative activities that inspire and motivate, helping the student engage with their education.
- Create a Safe, Inclusive Environment: Encourage positive behaviour, helping students overcome emotional challenges and behave positively whether in or out the classroom.
- Collaboration: Liaise with parents, teachers and fellow mentors, creating a plan for the young people most at-risk.
