What Will You Be Doing as a Sports Mentor?

• One-to-One and Group Support
  Deliver targeted mentoring and interventions tailored to each student’s emotional and educational needs.
• Relationship Building
  Earn trust and foster meaningful relationships that serve as a foundation for growth, confidence, and school success.
• Creative and Active Sessions
  Use engaging methods such as music, drama, sports, or art to connect and inspire young people in ways that work for them.
• Emotional Regulation Support
  Guide students to develop awareness and healthy strategies for dealing with emotional highs and lows.
• Behavioural Support & Safety
  Implement Team Teach-informed strategies to manage behaviours calmly and safely, always modelling respect and resilience.
• Collaborative Student Support
  Work closely with school staff and other professionals to provide students with consistent, coordinated care.

  Daily Pay of £109.50 – £120, depending on experience and placement

  Reimbursement at £0.45 per mile for travel to community placements
