SEN Tutor Job Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
• Experience – Minimum of 3 years’ teaching or student support experience, ideally in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision.
• Passion – A genuine commitment to inclusive, child-centred education.
• Communication Skills – Ability to engage and build positive relationships with students, families, and professionals.
