If you have previously worked for Lexia – we would love to hear back from you!
Supporting secondary-aged young people within a special school environment, you will be the role model and Mentor they so desperately need.
Heavily involved in delivering Football, Basketball and other ASDAN sports qualifications – you will also be confident in supporting the young learners with their Maths and English (pre-planned).
Outreach will also play a big part in the role, as you accompany students to their community outreach activities.
You will make an immediate impact from Day 1, supporting young people from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds – both inside and outside of the classroom environment.
Using your relatability and passion, you will use the therapeutic aspects of sport and physical exercise – to find common ground and “breakthrough”.
Able to open up discussions around mental health and well-being, your passion and empathy will overcome barriers to learning as you become the positive influence in their young lives.
Become the breakthrough change – apply today and see what an opportunity at Lexia would look like for you.
