Residential Activities Mentor – Up to £120 day rate – Up to £32,000 Perm – Full Time – (Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-10:30pm and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm)

Working in specialist residential SEMH setting – you will be the role model and Mentor they do desperately need.

Leading the diverse range of both on-site and off-site activities, sports and games – you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun and inclusive environment for the young people in your care.

Promoting independence, boosting their confidence and self-esteem, using your passion to inspire young people to believe a positive future is possible.

Setting the new standard for educational support, Lexia’s positive impact has been recognised by school leaders, as we directly tackle the issues of poor attendance, high exclusion rates and serious youth violence in our city.
