Working in a mainstream school environment, 1:1 with students on the brink of exclusion, the positive relationships you build – will have a lasting impact on their young lives.

At the new front line of relationship-based pastoral support, using your sporting skills and passion as a way of engaging those often hard to reach young people – become the role model Mentor they so desperately need.

Able to open up discussions around mental health and wellbeing, your passion and empathy will overcome barriers to learning as you support their social, emotional and academic progress.

Supporting young people both inside and outside of the classroom, no two days will be the same, as you make that breakthrough change – inspiring young people to believe a positive future is possible.

Long-term assignment in the Yeovil area – £120 per day (45p per mile in travel expenses).

FREE Level 2 Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants (worth £1,500!).
