As a Mentor in Frome, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of young people, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome barriers and fulfil their potential.

 

Connect with hard-to-reach young people through activities such as sports, music, dance, and more, offering positive guidance and crucial mentorship, becoming the role model they so desperately need.

Encourage positive behaviour, creating a safe space by helping students overcome emotional challenges and behave positively whether in or out the classroom.

Build meaningful connections with students, guiding them academically and socially through trust, empathy, and encouragement.

Free Level 2 Team Teach Training valued at £1,500, this qualification equips you with skills such as positive behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, and provide safe interventions.

Earn between £106.50 and £130 per day (long-term assignments) based on experience and qualifications.

Receive £0.45 per mile for outreach travel, to support your work in the community.

Potential opportunities for permanent positions up to £32,000 per annum in schools partnering with Lexia.
