Behaviour Mentors are required to work with children and young people who need additional support to access their education and learning.
This vulnerable and disadvantaged group of young learners, need positive and supportive role models – to give them the best chance of success for the future.
Empathy, understanding and commitment have never been so needed, as we mentor these students through their education journey.
Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.
The Long Term assignments can pay up to £120 per day (including £0.45 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £32,000.
