No two days are the same. You will manage multiple priorities, respond to enquiries, resolve challenges and ensure all stakeholders receive a professional and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with parents, carers, local authority representatives and tutors to arrange tuition schedules and provision requirements.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support and guidance to our network of specialist tutors.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve complex issues quickly, professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor provision progress and maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases.
  • Prepare reports, updates and documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance processes, ensuring safeguarding and company procedures are followed at all times.
  • Help maintain high levels of service delivery across all tuition provisions.

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and empathy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
