As a 1:1 Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of young people, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome barriers and fulfil their potential.

Salary

• £109.50 – £130 per day.
• £0.45 per mile for outreach travel

Free Level 2 Team Teach Training valued at £1,500, this qualification equips you with skills such as positive behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, and provide safe interventions.

Potential opportunities for permanent positions up to £32,000 per annum in schools partnering with Lexia.
