What Does a Sports Mentor Do?

As a Sports Mentor with Lexia Education Services, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build Relationships: Connect with hard-to-reach young people through engaging activities like sports, music, and dance, becoming the positive role model they need.
• Offer Pastoral Support: Use your empathy to provide guidance, create safe spaces for conversations about mental health, and help students overcome academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Work with SEN Students: Provide crucial support to young people with special educational needs (SEN), helping them find breakthroughs and reach their potential.
