Your Role as a Sports Mentor:
- As a Sports Mentor, you’ll provide essential pastoral support and build meaningful relationships that create lasting change. You’ll connect with hard-to-reach young people through engaging activities like sports, music, and dance, serving as the positive role model they so desperately need.
- With your passion and empathy, you’ll create safe spaces for discussions on mental health and wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll also work with young people with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring that every day brings opportunities for breakthrough moments.
