Key Responsibilities:

Your Role as an SEN Engagement Tutor:

• 🤼 Collaborate with parents, carers, and teachers to develop tailored learning plans that reflect each student’s unique needs.

SEN Engagement Tutor Role Requirements:

• 🗪 Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues is essential for fostering a positive learning environment.
• ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): QTS is required to ensure high standards of teaching.
• 👩‍🏫 Minimum of 3 Years Teaching Experience: At least 3 years of experience is required to bring confidence and expertise to the role.
• 👐 Experience with SEN Students: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred but not mandatory.
