Supporting young people within a mainstream school environment, you will be the role model and Mentor they so desperately need.
This is a brand-new role at the school, leading the pastoral provision – within a well-supported SEN department.
The school are keen to make the role permanent, as you ensure the physical and emotional welfare of the students.
You will make an immediate impact from Day 1, supporting young people from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds – using your relatability to breakthrough.
Able to open up discussions around mental health and well-being, your passion and empathy will overcome barriers to learning as you become the positive influence in their young lives.
