Supporting young people within a SEMH school, you will be the role model and Mentor they so desperately need.
This is a new role at the school, assisting with the Outreach provision – driving to students’ homes, picking them up and taking them to their community outreach activities.
The school are keen to make the role permanent, as you ensure the physical and emotional welfare of the students. A perm role will pay £28,000.
You will make an immediate impact from Day 1, supporting young people from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds – using your relatability to breakthrough.

Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.
