Behaviour Support Assistant – SEMH

Lexia Education Services is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work in SEMH schools in Bristol. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. Your role will be to provide one-to-one support to these students, assist with academic work and help them develop social and emotional skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a SEMH setting and a good understanding of SEMH needs. You should be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students.

This is a part-time, temporary or permanent position with a day rate of £92.50-£100 per day depending on experience.
