Redefining the calibre of educational support within our schools, our award-winning Community – is inspiring the next generation of young people, to become the best version of themselves.

“Working for Lexia, has given me a purpose after professional football. Sharing my life and football experiences with the next generation, I hope it will help them on their own path to success! I am now part of a movement, helping young people who are really struggling or need that positive role model in their life.” – Liam Armstrong

Working 1:1 with students at risk of exclusion from their mainstream education, you will be the role model and Mentor they desperately need.

Able to fit your personal life and interests around the incredible work you will be doing, you will have a work/ life balance – with minimal travel involved.

Lexia Mentors are called upon to “intervene” where previous provisions have failed and positive, inspiring and relatable role models, are needed to engage these often ‘hard-to-reach’ young people.

The therapeutic aspects of sport and physical exercise allow our Mentors to find common ground and inspire this vulnerable group.

Proud of our vibrant and inclusive Community, the specialist work we undertake is changing the lives of young people.
